Description
This is a simi secluded sanctuary about a 35 minute drive West from Malacatos, Ecuador. There is a large expanse of cultivatable land with fruit trees and an irrigation canal riverside at the land’s base with an adobe and wood rustic home sufficient enough to live in while building and setting up the rest of the land.
A large family homesteaded here for a number of years with 4 children living off the grid and in this nature sanctuary. Large Cherry trees with swings run the fence line close to the house, and a number of fruit trees and large native trees surround the area of the house going down to the semi shaded sandy beach on the river.
The home is perched above the flat lands, and between the lower and upper mountain lots. There is road access here and the road nearly dead ends on the property going up the mountain where the larger portion of the land is. On the mountain part of this property there are a number, at least 4 nice building sites all separate from each other going up a gentle slope that dead ends above where a seasonal mountain spring is.
